3-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We do not sell ready-made clothes. Each outfit is personalized to the size of the dog. Hence, we can not offer cancellation/refunds on any orders.
However, we do accept sizing-related exchanges within 3 calendar days of an order’s delivery date. After an exchange request is raised, we will pick up the order & issue an equal-value coupon code.
We strive to offer a pick-up service for exchanges or returns, but it is not guaranteed. In such instances, customers are asked to ship the return themselves.Â
